1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Retales India("retales.in"), creating an account, or redeeming an access code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services & Retainer Agreements
Retales provides digital growth consultancy, performance video ad creation, media buying strategy, and creator post-production editing services. Subscription retainers are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon in a custom enterprise statement of work.
3. User Accounts & Access Codes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and 64-digit redeem codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All video deliverables, thumbnail designs, and marketing assets created specifically for a paid client retainer belong to the client upon full payment. Retales retains ownership of its proprietary platform tools, code, and standard operating procedures.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, Retales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law & Grievance Officer
